Employment Opportunities Administrative Assistant Central Region School Insurance Group (CRSIG) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential information, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Under supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of highly responsible, confidential and complex administrative, secretarial duties and customer service functions. The Administrative Assistant serves as a liaison with the public, vendors, board members, school districts, covered employees, retirees and their dependents. About Us Who We Are The Central Region School Insurance Group (CRSIG) is a Joint Powers Authority formed out of the California Government Code which allows public agencies to jointly maintain and operate an agency that serves a common purpose. The programs offered by CRSIG include Property & Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Vision and Dental benefits for school employees. Some of the programs are self-insured while others are fully-insured or a combination of both. Our office is located in the California Central Valley in the city of Modesto. We serve school district members in Stanislaus and Merced counties. CRSIG is administered by a Governing Board made up of representatives from each of the school district members. It is staffed by an Executive Director, Finance & Operations Specialist, Return To Work Specialist and Administrative Assistant and is served by multiple brokers, consultants and vendors. CRSIG holds the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA) Accreditation with Excellence. CAJPA is an association that serves JPAs in the state. This accreditation attests to CRSIG’s compliance to quality, professional standards and best practices.
